- Advance Booking Fee 30% of the full payment
- Important: full Payment to be done on the day of Arrival
Refund Policy
- The refund shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by Cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of Ticket. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider. Please note the convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All Cancellation has to be sent to us by email. The following are the deductions.
- From the booking till 30 days of departure: 20% of the package cost
- From 30 to 15 days of departure: 30% of the package cost
- From 15 hrs to 7 days of the departure: 50% of the package cost
- Less than 7 Days of departure: 100% of the package cost.
